If your item is faulty, doesn't fit or for change of mind we will gladly exchange the item, issue store credit or even refund your account if it is a non sale item. All returns are subject to us receiving your request within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging with Tag in place and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

No Refunds for Sale Items and Flash Sales or Cosmetics. You may exchange or Store Credit is issued which does NOT expire. You will also need to pay for postage back to you as these items are usually below cost ($10).

This Returns policy is for online purchases ONLY, NOT for purchases instore. Returns must be returned to warehouse NOT retail stores. Online return must be resolvred through our returns portal. Do not go to store to try and initiate a return.

In the Event of Cancellation or Refund request for a Pick up order a $10 will be deducted to cover our cost of sending package to Pick up location.

No returns due to hygiene for Hijabs / Jilbabs / Caps. 

No Refunds for Personal Care items, Swim Suits or items for business use. Refunds processed automatically by system and may take up to two weeks to process. Credit to gift cards processed before credit cards. Shipping time may be delayed due to COVID19 Slowing down worldwide freight.

Returns MUST be returned to warehouse NOT Stores. In special circumstances we can accommodate you if you like to return to store, however prior approval is need and a time allocated. We reserve the right to refuse any return we deem not eligible.

All items must be unworn and in original packaging for return,please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. We will cover cost of sending one package per order for a change of size only within Australia. However, you will have to cover cost of sending item in to us. We will not be responsible for lost items so please make sure you send to us via a trackable service.

Please make sure you write a note with Package you send.

Please allow 2 weeks for return of items, depending on our workload.

  • Your name and address
  • A description of reason why you are returning item
  • Whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
